Do you work with international clients?
Yes. All projects can be managed remotely, and we work with clients worldwide – including the UK, US, and Australia. Our 3D rendering and visualisation services are available to businesses and homeowners across all regions.

How do I start a project with you?

What information or files do I need to provide?
Requirements vary by project. For most 3D visualisations or 2D floor planning, a 2D project file is ideal. If you don’t have one, we’ll advise you on the best alternatives.

Do you work with hand sketches, or do you need CAD files?
We prefer CAD files or PDFs, but we can also work with hand sketches – especially for homeowners who want to design and visualise their spaces.

3. Project Timelines & Urgency

How long does a project take, and do you accept urgent work?
A typical 2D or 3D visualisation project takes 1–5 working days, depending on complexity. For faster results, we also offer an express delivery option for an additional fee.

4. Pricing & Payments

How much do your 2D drawings and 3D renderings cost?
Our budget-friendly 3D rendering services start from £40 / €45 / $50 per photorealistic rendered image. You can check our catalogue or contact us for a tailored quotation.

Do you require an upfront deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before we begin, with the balance due before delivery of the final project.

Do you offer discounts for bulk projects or long-term collaborations?
Yes. We offer discounts for bulk 2D drawings and 3D renders, as well as for long-term partnerships. Discounts are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and secure online card payments via our website. These international payment methods are fast, reliable, and convenient.

5. Revisions & Changes

Do you include revisions in your service?
Yes. Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at an extra charge, especially for projects requiring major structural changes.

6. Deliverables & Technical Details

What file formats will I receive?
Final deliverables are provided in high-quality 4K JPEG format, suitable for both digital and print use. Source files can be supplied for an additional fee.

What software do you use for 3D rendering and visualisation?
We use 3ds Max and Corona Renderer (Chaos Corona) to create photorealistic CGI images and high-end 3D models.

7. Communication & Platforms

How do I communicate with your team during the project?
You can reach us via email, phone, WhatsApp, website chat, or social media – whichever is most convenient.

Can we work through other platforms (like Upwork or Fiverr)?
Yes. If you prefer the platform protection, we can work through Upwork or Fiverr. Please note that platform fees are not included in our standard prices and must be covered separately.

8. Rights & Portfolio Use

Do you retain rights to use the renders in your portfolio, or are they exclusive to the client?
As standard industry practice, we retain the right to use completed 3D renders and CGI images in our portfolio and marketing materials. These terms can be adjusted on request to meet client needs.
